Dinner is served.

Slowly coming up to temperature.
Probe temps at the grill were consistently a few degrees lower than the lid.
Took 30-45 minutes to get this far.

While I was waiting, I snapped a few family portraits.
The Bandit is truly a monster.
This is why I love Spring.

Finished product. About four and a half hours total.
Decent smoke ring, but not perfect. I'll do better next time.
